I come to your home and set up in a room of your choice or garden if you prefer and use your bathroom facilities to bath your dog in a place your dog feels secure. I don't remove your pet from your property or use a van. This is a 100% in home dog grooming service.

At pawsome mobile dog grooming I like to think of myself more than just a dog groomer, I'm your dogs friend, I am that extra pair of eyes for your dogs health and wellbeing. I am here for you and your dog from their puppy days right through to their final moments. I became a professional dog groomer in 2022 since then I have been providing loyal and loving pet services in Hull and the surrounding areas. Regular Grooming
Some health problems can go unnoticed at home, with regular grooming I can discover early serious conditions and allow for early treatment. Regular grooming helps me become familiar with what is and isnt normal for your dog.
Puppy Grooming
Regardless of your pet’s breed it is so important for your dog to experience grooming from a young age, whether it is a bath & dry or brush & tidy up. Your puppy has to be desensitised to all the grooming noises. Your puppy, will in time associate the process as a friendly, fun experience and builds trust with me the groomer for future grooms.
Matted Fur Issues
Thick matted fur can conceal tumours, growths or serious skin conditions, if air cannot reach the skin there is a possibility of developing bacterial and fungal skin infections, matted fur is very sore and uncomfortable for your pet. Regular grooming can prevent this.
*In cases of a matted coat under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 I have no choice but to clip the coat short and smooth for your dogs welfare.

All of my prices are a quide only, a price will be agreed with you during the consultation.
Bathing
I cleanse and moisturise the coat using Groom professional shampoo's to gently remove oil, dirt, dead hair and skin cells to improve your dogs coat condition and texture.
Drying
All dogs are carefully dried with a professional pet drier, Coat Management spray is applied to the coat to help make the experience as calm as possible. A clean sterile towel is used for each dog, making sure strict hygiene conditions are met.
Brushing
Brushing is essential to the groom process as this stimulates the skin and removes any dead coat. This also improves the coat texture and prepares it for clipping and styling.
My Qualifications
City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma Dog Grooming.
City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma Dog Grooming.
Canine 1st Aid Trained.
Policy and T & Cs
If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment you must give a minimum of 48 hours notice so I can fill the booking. If your dog has a history of biting please be honest and tell me prior to booking. If your dog does bite during any groom, the groom will be terminated and full price will be charged.
Matted dogs which result in a full shave off will be charged a minimum of £45. Matted dogs are more time consuming and damage my equipment quickly. Please inform me if you know your dog has fleas.
I work with sharp items, scissors and blades and unfortunately on very rare occasions accidents can happen, I will inform you of any accidents whilst the dog is in my care.
I do not groom pregnant dogs, please make me aware if your dog has recently had a litter.
Puppy grooms are upto 6 months, any older will be full groom price.
If you are unhappy with your groom please let me know within 24 hours so I can rectify any issues.
